Speech and Language Therapy

Individualized treatment plans will be developed as part of a collaborative process with your family and will include specific therapy goals and recommendations for your child.

We provide one-on-one therapy sessions. Your child's sessions are always personalized, evidence-based, and most importantly, fun! Services can be provided in your home, at your child’s daycare or school, or via telepractice. Caregivers are always encouraged to be an active participant in our therapy sessions in order to promote carryover of skills within home and community environments.

We specialize in treating:

  • Speech sound production disorders (Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Dysarthria, Articulation Disorder, Phonological Disorder)

  • Language delays

  • Receptive and Expressive Language Disorders

  • Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders

If desired by your family, we will collaborate with other providers (e.g., school-based speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, special education teachers, general education teachers) in order to promote generalization of communication skills and consistency across all settings.

Individualized Education Program (IEP) Consultations

We can provide you with the knowledge you need in order to navigate through the IEP process. We can review goals, objectives, present levels of performance, and proposed recommendations from your child’s school prior to the IEP meeting and provide you with a clinical opinion and appropriate input. We will make sure you understand your parental rights prior to your child’s IEP meeting.

Individualized Education Program (IEP)
Meeting Advocacy

In addition to an IEP Consultation, we can attend the IEP meeting in order to help you advocate for your child’s specific speech, language, and learning needs within their academic setting.
